# Flexigrant

> Flexigrant is cloud-based grant management software for organisations that award funding: charities, trusts and foundations, research funders, community foundations, local authorities and central government. It is built, hosted and supported in the UK by Fluent Technology Limited (Belfast, founded 2001; a Valsoft company since 2021). UK data hosting, GDPR compliant, ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus certified, and available to public bodies through the G-Cloud framework. Used by 250+ funders, including the British Heart Foundation, Cancer Research UK, the Royal Society and King's College London; more than £6.5 billion has been awarded through the platform as of 2026.

Flexigrant runs the full grant lifecycle in one system: programme set-up and configurable application forms, an applicant portal with eligibility checks, multi-stage and parallel peer review with reviewer conflict-of-interest declarations, committee decision workspaces, awards with multi-year budgets and staged payments, grantee progress reporting and monitoring, and audit-ready reporting. Grant teams configure forms and workflows themselves without a developer. Pricing is tiered by applications per year and funding awarded (Flexigrant One, Pro and Enterprise); implementation is quoted separately and most teams go live in about 13 weeks.
